Joined MFP long ago, did great, lost 60 pounds, ran head-long into this thing called life, fell off the MFP wagon.
But at least I didn't leg the wagon run over me. I'm within five pounds of where I was when I stopped tracking religiously; I've continued to exercise, continued to be somewhat careful about my eating, so I haven't lost ground. That said, it's been several months since I saw the scale actually move.
So. I'm back. Ready to re-commit to badassery. Hoping to re-connect with some old friends, and make some new friends along the way.
