Looking for motivation and support

Hi
I started using MFP in 2015. Lost weight then gained it back. This has been a constant battle. I hope I won't give up this time. I know it's not easy but I will try not to give up.
Feel free to add me if you are also looking for someone who can support you or motivate you through this weight loss journey.

Hi there. What are you odds? I also started using MFP in March of 2015. I am right there with you. At least you're trying over and over. That's great! I was extremely motivated when I first started. Eventually I started logging junk food, fast food, etc. I think it was easier for me to ignore my bad eating habits when I stopped logging it out of guilt and frustration. Off and on I return to logging and food intake and I really hope I don't give up this time either. I need this in my life. Are you in a calorie deficiency or just maintaining right now?1

Hey!
My problem is whenever I am sad or stressed or anything I turn to food. Food comforts me. I need to find another way to keep myself happy.
Right now I am eating lesser calories than required. I am not setting big goals. I am not giving myself a timeframe or anything. I am just making small changes. Trying to stay positive. Let's see what happens. Thanks for your reply and yeah we won't give up!1 -

Hi I am also new here joined last week
Been exercising/working out since sept of 2019 I never worked out before but wanna be in shape to keep up with daughter. She is 20 months old.
How I keep myself motivated is what Fraser Wilson says in one of his motivational videos “getting shredded for 2020” (video)
Quotes that keeps me going:
“You didn’t get to where you are overnight so dont expect change overnight, you need to start off slow build those habits strong so they last we’re trying to build a lifestyle here not a quick fix. If you have to start once a week , 10 min a day so be it, build those habits strong and make sure they last!”
Another great quote:
“If your gonna tell yourself I’m gonna go to the gym every day I’m gonna eat nothing but chicken, broccoli, vegetables. I’m not even gonna look at a chocolate bar I’m not even gonna think about a chocolate bar,
You need to understand that is setting yourself up for disaster!”
These 2 quotes keep me going I watch this 6 minute video everyday!!
Again “Fraser Wilson getting shredded for 2020” check it out great motivational video
Good luck to all!!!!
And keep up the great work!!!!!2 -
