    Hi, there. I've got 6 months left in my 60s and over 100 pounds to lose. Back, too, after a long period of laziness but now blood sugar is too far up and I must take weight loss seriously so I'm here for the long haul.

    I've been back since May 8th and lost 17.5 pounds since then so this DOES WORK!
