    I have been losing faster than I expected and have revised my Labor Day number. I have also reduced my deficit to -450 per day (from 500) as I am getting close to goal.

    Not too worried about the increase, it was a week break in my normal exercise routine to reset. It was 3 days of bodyweight exercise, not my 4 days of heavy lifting. Back on a program today.

    Well I had to change my diet completely, I am now following a low FodMap diet based on my doctors advice. I’ve always had digestive issues, and I’m finally trying to figure out what’s wrong with me. If anyone has any tips or suggestions for low FodMap, please send them my way! I’m only a couple days in and it’s very hard so far. I’m trying to remain as optimistic as possible though 🤞🏽

    I do low-Fodmap. It's not as hard as you would think. It takes some getting used to, but it will help you.
