I went on vacation again last week, visiting my in-laws in the Midwest. Before I left I sprained my foot and ankle on 07/19/20 while hiking. ☹️
It's been slowly getting better but my activity level is definitely lower. I have been advised to stay off of my foot as much as possible for a total of 6 weeks. 2 weeks down, 4 to go.

Well I had to change my diet completely, I am now following a low FodMap diet based on my doctors advice. I’ve always had digestive issues, and I’m finally trying to figure out what’s wrong with me. If anyone has any tips or suggestions for low FodMap, please send them my way! I’m only a couple days in and it’s very hard so far. I’m trying to remain as optimistic as possible though 🤞🏽7 -

I do low-Fodmap. It's not as hard as you would think. It takes some getting used to, but it will help you.1 -
