Hello everyone,
I'm sure some of you know this recipe, and I'm sure some of you have a different way of making it.
Anyway, this is Cloud Bread, which is very suitable for Atkins or Keto or any low-carb diet.
It only has 4 ingredients: eggs - cream cheese - salt - baking powder.
Here is the recipe:
1- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks (4 eggs)
2- beat the egg while with a pinch of salt and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder (you can add any spices you want here) until firm and bright while in color
3- add 3 tablespoons of cream cheese to the egg yolks and mix
the cream cheese decides the amount of carb in your cloud bread. so make sure you use one with the lowest carbs. I use Puck cream cheese which has 0.5 grams of carbs per 100 g of cheese.
4- fold both mixtures together
5- scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake on medium heat until they look like pancakes.
You can use a grill or a nonstick pan
Here's something brilliant:
Instead of salt, add Stevia sweetener to make pancakes 🥞
Put them in a plastic bag to prevent them from drying out.
Show me pictures if you make some.
Hope you like it.
Thank you
