So I just had a cheat day, and ate high carb foods such as a massive brownie. What should I do tomorrow to lessen the impact of the cheat day, and to lose weight like i was doing before

Log it. Enjoy it. And move on.10

I would do nothing and just get back to normal tomorrow. Best to just move on.6

honestly? nothing, eat my "normal", do my normal workouts. Any spike in weight from the extra food/carbs/salt is gonna go away within a couple of days5

I'd do nothing and just carry on. One brownie, spread over a month of weigh loss, is nothing. It might mean it takes you a few more hours to get to your goal.4

Go back to your plan. That one day will slow your By loss less than a pound this week if you’re on target the rest of the week.2

Carry on with your usual routine.3
