How do you adjust it manually? I mean, how do I know how many calories I should be taking in if I weight 10lbs less then when I started?0

Check-in and change your weight to 10lbs less. That should automatically adjust your calories. But just check your goals and manually change your calories if it didn't for you.0 -
After about 10 lbs or so it asked me if I wanted to recalculate my calorie goal so I said yes. It changed the goal number on it's own.0
