I'd like to know if MFP adjusts calorie intake as I log pounds lost or do I have to adjust it manually?

Thanks:wink:

How do you adjust it manually? I mean, how do I know how many calories I should be taking in if I weight 10lbs less then when I started?

Check-in and change your weight to 10lbs less. That should automatically adjust your calories. But just check your goals and manually change your calories if it didn't for you.

After about 10 lbs or so it asked me if I wanted to recalculate my calorie goal so I said yes. It changed the goal number on it's own.
