I wear a Garmin for daily step count, I wear this same device for exercise as well. How do I adjust settings to make sure I get credit for steps when I don’t exercise or is it automatic? Thank you

Do you have your Garmin synced to MFP?
Your steps are taken into account by Garmin to calculate how many calories you burn, same as your exercise. If your Garmin is synced, Garmin will send those calorie burns to MFP.1 -
I do have them connected/synced. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it!0
