Yall, I started this journey a week ago. I began with ACV and then bout some belly burner capsules off amazon. I started at 165. I stepped on a scale yesterday and it was 158! I've counted calories and walked 30 mins a day. I'm so very happy.

You're losing weight because you are in a calorie deficit. The pills and ACV are doing nothing for your weight loss.

While I agree on the calorie deficit, I believe I wouldn't have lost weight as fast without the supplements.

The supplements have only helped your bank account lose weight. Your biology is doing what it would have regardless.

With slightly more expensive pee.

If you think they help they probably do nothing is magical but ACV can help reduce appetite slightly if you like them keep taking them.
