Hi, my name is Shawna. I used to use MFP religiously and then just stopped and quit. I thought there must be something else out there that would make me lose weight. After exploring many other options like Weight Watchers, Topps, you name it, I am back. Why? Because NOTHING is going to make me lose weight but me. I think MFP is the best tracker and it keeps me honest. Adding in a strong meditation practice and self care routine has helped me see that I have all of the tools, just need to put it into practice.
