So I'm really just coasting right now, I want to see how many days I can eat at or below 6000 kJ, and also I really need to start running although I don't enjoy it. I'll probably eat slightly more than 6,000 today.0 -

I'm not posting my weight because my salt intake is all over the place, maybe in 3-4 days. No exercise, hopefully I will start tomorrow if it's not raining.0 -

I've decided to increase running by 3 minutes a day starting today since anything larger is too difficult to get started on, today I want to run for 3 minutes.0
