OH THE LONG ROAD

right now, its the drudgery of waiting, sure the diet is going swell, sure the weight has come off ( 65 pounds so far), but I have over 120 more pounds to go,, so now its the waiting and doing the same thing day after day, how do any of you handle the "long road"???

I don't think about the "end"

I think about living my life, and enjoying it.

I figure I'm here for the rest of my life, because for so long (decades) I haven't paid attention to myself or food or diet or anything, and this easy little app helps me easily log my day. Good luck and great job on your progress so far!

I do 5 lb goals. I celebrate with a non-food reward. I lose slowly so it takes time to reach each of my goals. 1 more lb before I get to my 5th goal.

My rewards are things like new pants because the old ones won't stay up, new running shorts, and so on.

    It works for me.
