I don't think about the "end"
I think about living my life, and enjoying it.0 -
Focus on being healthy and improving your quality of life. That never ends.0

I figure I'm here for the rest of my life, because for so long (decades) I haven't paid attention to myself or food or diet or anything, and this easy little app helps me easily log my day. Good luck and great job on your progress so far!0

I do 5 lb goals. I celebrate with a non-food reward. I lose slowly so it takes time to reach each of my goals. 1 more lb before I get to my 5th goal.
My rewards are things like new pants because the old ones won't stay up, new running shorts, and so on.
It works for me.0
