Should I have a refeed day?

So for the past 5 days, I haven't lost weight, in fact, I seem to have gained a pound or so. I know, it must be water weight, or maybe it's because of the constipation I'm having (I hope so), but still, it made me realise that at this rate of eating 1200 calories everyday, (have been for a month), my metabolism and fat loss rate will falter. So, I'm deciding to have a refeed day tomorrow, going to 1450 calories. Is this enough or too much, and are refeed days actually helpful for all of you?

I don't think I would make any decisions based on just five days of data, especially if I knew that I was constipated. But eating 1,450 for a day isn't really going to cause any problems for you, so if you want to -- why not?

1,200 is a very low calorie goal. How did you arrive at that goal?

It was set for my fitness pal, and my tdee is around 1800, so...

I wouldn’t class that as a reference as you’re still in a deficit.

You would be much better off if you follow the advice that has been given to you, by multiple people, in response to the multiple questions that you've asked.

You are not obese nor even overweight. You haven't lost weight for 5 days; it may seem a big deal to you but really, that's nothing and quite normal. So is seeing your weight go up and down by a pound or so. Read back through the pages on this forum and the General one and you'll see the same questions asked over and over by different people - read the responses and you'll see that it's quite normal for your weight to fluctuate.

You're chopping and changing how many calories you think you should target, when you need to be consistent for 6 weeks before you even start to gauge whether what you are doing is working or not.

It's possible that you don't like the answers you're being given, but please set MFP to lose the smallest amount possible, per week. See what MFP tells you to eat then eat that number of calories consistently, plus your exercise calories, and keep at it for 6 weeks. THEN see how you're doing.

Take a diet break (where you'd eat at maintenance) for a week after about three months of dieting.

    Yes, this.

If your TDEE is 1,800, then 1,200 is way too much of a deficit for you (others have referenced that you aren't currently overweight).

You need to choose an appropriately sized deficit (think, around 250 calories). You need to have patience because with your current stats, you will not see rapid weight loss. Five days without a loss can't throw you into changing your plans.
