My names Dan.

Just wanted to pop in and say 'hey' - looking forward to getting stuck in with these message boards.

I'm 30 y/o and currently at 155KG just started a PT programme for the first time in my life as I've reached that point where enough is enough.
Any pointers would be much appreciated (although I've got "eat less and move more locked down lol)

So yeah.

Here's to a new healthy me - can't wait to get to know you all.

Start by making small changes to diet and exercise, while it’s temping to go at it full throttle it’s easy to burn out or or get fed up.
When weight loss stalls tweak the diet and exercise again

Good luck with your goal 👍

Thanks mate - good advice, I’ve tried it numerous time’s before and it’s too easy to get buzzed off the initial loss, only to then give up when progress slows. Thanks 👍🏻
