Body Recomposition

Im a little confused with my numbers especially my Fats. Im at 196lbs about 20% according to the Body fat scanner.
I just want to know if im doing something wrong or is everything ok?

That's a massive amount of protein!
Why?
Why so low carb on a non-training day?
Seems really odd as higher carbs would help you boost your glycogen storage ready for the next training day.
Seems a very peculiar method to have excessive protein, fixed carb allowance and use fat as the filler to take up rest of your calories. More mainstream would be to regard protein and fats as minimum goals and carbs as the calorie filler up to your daily allowance.
Not seeing why you are linking your estimated body fat % to your dietary fat intake? Fat only makes you fat in a calorie surplus.
Overall I'm just not seeing why you would choose to eat this way so perhaps you can expand/explain?
PS - As I'm assuming your goal is recompomposition remember that process is driven by your exercise and only supported by your diet, it doesn't require that level of dietary pickiness!5
