i am trying to lower my carb intake, and but it always seems to high. i do not eat any rice, flour, pasta, or starchy vegetables, also limit fruit to small amounts of berries a couple times a week. i know that a there is a lot of fiber in things i eat, but how can i figure out how much so i can subtract fiber from total carbs to get my net carbs? it would be nice if fiber was added to the nutritional breakdown of foods logged.

You can change which nutritional data gets shown on your front page. I can't remember what the defaults were, but I have fibre showing on mine.
ETA: Go to MyHome - Settings - Diary Settings. You can select which five nutrients you want to see, and in which order.0
