If this is according to your bathroom scale, please ignore it. They are ridiculously inaccurate. Track your measurements. Far more reliable.5

Are you excercising at all while logging your food on MFP?
If yes, then what type of excercise? Cardio, weight resistance...other?
One more question: how are you tracking your lean mass vs body fat percentage?0 -
How are you measuring this?2

Option 1
You are completely inactive which is causing muscle atrophy and you are eating either at maintenance or in a calorie surplus and so gaining fat.
Option 2
You are using an unreliable method to estimate body fat.
(PS - welcome to the forums, it's a good idea to give some context to your questions as people know nothing about you or your goals which makes advice given generic rather than personal/situational.)5 -
Because your scale is so inaccurate in those readings that Consumer Reports refuses to even rate them.4
