No equipment strength workouts?

If anyone has some legs & butt, core, and arms workouts they'd like to share? I'm a 5'1 female, don't have any equipment at my disposal... Done numerous workouts in the past but just wondering what you guys have done, and what work outs have worked for you? So many of them online that sometimes it feels better to just hear it from the people who are actually putting it in to practice!

Also, nothing extremely easy, I'd like to challenge myself and my level of fitness is quite good.. (I think anyway! )

Thanks in advance!

I bought two books on mat Pilates and have been studying, and paracticing for quite some time. I have gained flexibility and body control beyond any other workout I had ever practiced. Soreness at a minimum, body awareness at max.

You can check out nerdfitness.com & you are your own gym

Some of the things I do for legs are pistol squats, skater squats, step ups, jump lunges & bulgarian split squats

For upper body, you cant go wrong with push ups, chin ups & dips

    Core-Plank, hanging legs raises & L-sits

Bogliates and Fitness Blender both have some. Nerdfitness.com is also a good resource, and there's bodyweight training like you Are Your Own Gym and Convict Conditioning you could try out.
