Hi all,

Any tips for slowing increasing daily caloric intake? Currently eating about 1,744 a day, and aiming to increase to about 1,930.

Or can I just switch over completely?

I would not worry about a gradual transition for less than 200 more calories per day, I'd just make the switch.

Under-200 cals a day equates to a difference of less than 0.25kg / 0.5lb a week so increasing your intake gradually vs one switch will probably not even be noticeable.

Once I'd reached my target weight and switched to maintenance, I just did it as a switch. It was only an extra 140 cals a day, which is just an extra hard boiled egg with my breakfast and a few almonds later in the day. You're not talking about much more than that.

Thought the same. Thanks for the advice!
