Gastric Bypass Guy needs help...

Hi all,
I've been in and around the myfitnesspal app for a number of years, dipping in and out every so often to try and lose some weight etc and then failing miserable after a few pounds come off. Now it might be worth adding that back in 2014 I had a gastric bypass and lost nearly half my bodyweight going from 27st odd, down to 14 and a half stone a few years after. Since then I have gained around 3 stone and I've had enough!
So I decided that I needed to push myself out of my comfort zone and try to force commitment through fear of social failure!
With this in mind I decided to create my own Instagram account so I could update it daily with what I've been doing in my workouts, along with posting updates on the food I've been eating and suchlike.
I then decided to take things further and commit to creating a blog for myself to aid my weightless goals and also give me and outlet on other hobbies and interests I have (mainly traveling, coffee and American Bourbon!).
I've found that by putting photos of myself looking somewhat gross and overweight that it has helped to spur me on and keep me encouraged, and focused on my goal!
