I once saw a video on a study of 2 “naturally thin” people following their movements, diet, eating habits, stool samples.

I found the title The Truth About Slim People.

And if it's the one that I'm thinking then it was a video following the Turner Twin brothers that I think I saw earlier this spring. Thing is, I can no longer find the original video...only other videos referencing their experiment, like this one from "Physicians Committee"
