What next?

Hi all,
I am looking for exercise advice. In a week and a half I will finish Fitness Blender's FB30 Program! It's an 8 week program with 5 days of 30 min exercise (mostly HIIT and weight lifting mix) and an optional 6th day of low impact workout. Then in August I plan to start their plan for People who get Bored Easy (similar to FB30 but a bit longer than 30 min a day). This leaves me a week without a plan (I need a plan or else I don't do anything). I am wondering what to do in that in between week. Should I have an easier week of something like yoga? Should I carry on with just adding my own HIIT style workouts?

My goals are to continue to lose weight (I'm 7 lbs down, 33 to go!) and tone. Any suggestions for a good free at home workout? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
