I was happy. Relatively happy. I seesawed between 188 and 192 for a number of years. I quit smoking May 2015. Yeah! At first I lost 15 lbs. I was even happier. By March 2016 I had gain approximately 50 lbs.
I saw a picture of myself
went out and bought a scale. I vowed to change right there and then. I went for long walks and was doing Zumba 3 times a weeks. It was making a big difference. Just as I was celebrating 20 lbs down
...I found out I was pregnant. If was my first pregnancy totally unexpected and I had the blessing of having 2 babies. Since then it has been a wicked ride(sorry I am from Boston) of up and down weight gain. I made it back down to 204 lbs May 2019. However I put all the weight back on riding for Uber last fall and winter. January 2019 and 2020 I was 226 lbs. Under 200 lbs is my big time goal!
I need to get back to more strength training but my neck is sore.
I can still walk though and I will...
Thanks for listening to my story.
I am a good cheerleader.
