Hi all, I’m new to my fitness pal, after having done slimming world for several years and after many failed attempts I’m not giving calorie counting a go! Any ideas or tips are very much welcomed!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.

Welcome! Go to the plans tabs and do the 7 day intro plan or whatever its called. It really helps to familiarize yourself with all the different ways to log your meals. Good luck!0
