Need motivation!

Hey all, new to this, fitness is a big thing for me, and booze.. Too much booze.. I'm getting married next year (was supposed to be this year but covid ruined our plans) I have put on a lot of weight over lockdown and smoke way too much, I'm reasonably fit but need to loose the beer belly 😂 and being a woman it's even harder (am I right?) would be great to have someone/people to check in with daily and gain motivation and also give it too 😁 we all joined this group together so why not help one another?
