I haven’t weighed myself in over a year and I finally did , wooow , It was a shock! I even thought the scale was broken 😂 I’m hoping to lose 5lb by the end of this month and 20lb or more total 🤦🏻♀️ Consistency is never one my side but just maybe It will be for this once .

No need to speed things up. With just 25lbs to lose you should be looking at 1lbs per week max. It's also a good opportunity to ease into weightloss and to get a good idea again on how much you can actually eat. you can do that.0
