How to lose on BEDREST :/

Please guys help! I cant exercise but need to lose weight! What to do?

    Weightloss is just food. Put in your numbers then put not active and eat that number correctly by weighing and voila

    Are you literally bedridden? I used to be and have nerve damage from the waist down that's really bad right now. I've been sitting on a kitchen chair with my legs crossed doing arm cardio on YouTube, if you want videos let me know! There's also some bed exercises like stretches and stomach exercises you can do. Yoga is great if you can handle it, most of what I do on the floor can be done in bed. I do arm weights too.

    Aside of exercise possibilities just keep a deficit and you should be fine. Definitely weigh everything, you'll have a lot less wiggle room not being able to move around much.
