So this is my Thursday.....

Well...day 4 of my waking up at 4:30 to go to the gym and healthy food change. I’m super sore, tired and kind of cranky. On my way to work today I stopped and got an iced coffee. Did I have to? No...did I? Absolutely! If I didn’t, I’m not sure I would have made it though the day. Anyway, I know I’ll get there. As sore as I am, I’ll be back at the gym bright and early tomorrow morning. Everyone enjoy your Thursday!!! You got it! kfo3yjohhdl5.jpeg

It gets easier but for me it took around 2 months to feel normal. Now I am usually awake before my 4:45 wake up song.

I am not sure what you mean by "healthy food change" but try to avoid too many changes at once. You want to be as happy as you can be while trying to form a new habit because otherwise your brain will form negative associations.

Thank you for the support. This was day 4 of being back on my game after being off of it for 3-4 months due to COVID.(not that I can totally blame COVID, expect for the gyms being closed.)

oic. That is what I chose to avoid. Some might call it commitment to keep getting up even when the gym closed but I just didn't want to go through the adjustment period again so it was probably just laziness on my part. I have resistance bands and I had every intention of using them but I ended up just taking a lot of pre-dawn walks or doing time on the elliptical.
