I’m a 45 year old female. I started my weight loss journey back in 2011. I have lost 80 pounds since then, but have recently gained back 10 to 15 pounds. I have started to count calories more closely and have continued to work out, mainly cardio. I want to maintain
my weight now. I think my metabolism has changed and not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions?
