New to this-used to be in shape but have lost my motivation and want it back!

    I totally understand you. I used to be a workoutaholic... it was my jam, my drug, my drug/alcohol, lol. I worked my way through nursing school as a single mom with 3 kids working at least 2 jobs with no one helping pay our bills and was in the best physical and mental shape of my life and that was after losing 100 lbs. I'm not sure what happened, but somewhere along the way I lost my mojo... and I seriously Want.. Need it back. Started MFP again today and I'm determined to get my life back on track.
