Working from home

WFH is what brought me back to this site. Home for 3 months now; and about a month ago I realized I had gained 10lbs in 2 months! More meals; less activity...
I've since righted the ship; and heading back in the right direction... anyone else have a similar situation? Or took advantage of it from the beginning to start living healthier?

I've been pretty active for years...I took advantage of working from home to be more flexible with my schedule ad get out and ride more. I was going out for about an hour pretty much everyday on my road bike or mountain bike and usually taking a walk with the family for another hour. I crashed my mountain bike pretty good though back in late May and really jacked up my entire right leg and my ribs and I'm in a walking boot so I've been out of commission for a couple months.

That sucks; you should be able to get back into form once you lose the boot. I wasn't sure about working from home at first (mandated due to covid..) but now I love it! Just had to adjust to the easy kitchen access! lol

I always work from home. However, I started the lockdown with daily morning exercises but now I am just too busy and exhausted. So yeah, gaining like crazy

When Covid started and I had to close my business I started new good habits working from home but as it continued I seemed to fall into the not so great habits. It’s all a learning curve but now I’m back to working between my business and home just just trying to adapt and make new routines with the new normal!
