Sleeve Gastrectomy SOS

I had a sleeve gastrectomy done in 08/2014. I lost 70 pounds by 2015. Since 2015 I’ve gained 35 pounds. I honestly eat very healthy. When I review my caloric intake I see that most days I barely reach 900 calories. I eat when I’m hungry. Anyone have suggestions? I need to increase physical activity and I think I also need to increase caloric intake. Any advice/opinions are appreciated.

Thanks for sharing. I've been contemplating getting the sleeve... but I hear too many people gaining weight back a year or two down the road. I'm no dietician or nutritionist, but maybe you need to eat a lot more. I've watched a bunch of Dr Berg videos and he says if you don't eat enough or get enough calories on a regular basis your body will hold on to the weight because it thinks it is in a crisis mode of starvation.

Starvation mode is a myth. I honestly wouldn't follow the advice of Dr. Berg.

OP please reach out to your doctor.
