Anyone doing AIP keto? Looking for friends :)

I've done keto for a couple years and I was switched to AIP in March. Today my ND told me to try AIP keto. Just looking for some others to build up a sense of community. I'm not on social media so this is what I have. MFP is kind of DEAD when it comes to these elimination diets.

    I am doing aip but not keto. I would love to but thinking it would be too complex to follow not eating meat.
