Hey! I love seeing transformation pictures and progress pictures! I’m 10 months postpartum and have trained and eaten a high protein diet since 6 weeks postpartum. I’m so motivated to reach my goals! Let me see yours so I can be re-inspired!

Tomorrow marks my official one year streak of using MFP. I somehow didn't realize that I was slowly gaining weight in the decade after college while I was focusing on everything else...So a year ago my medical chart says I weighed 212 lbs. Today I am 132.3 -
