If you haven't already, you might get a better response posting this over in the "General Health, Fitness, and Diet" section.

mitaratoot has a good point. For myself, I hope you have taken medical advice, there can be so many reasons for digestive issues, asking here is probably not the best place to start. You are best to find out the root cause and treat that rather than make dietary changes etc without any long term improvements. Hope you feel better soon.

I was affected many years ago, throughout a whole summer, with gastritis. They did several tests and came to the conclusion it must be what I had. :( I ended up losing 50#, could only eat zucchini and boiled noodles. They put me on some kind of medication but don't remember. My sharp shooting stomach pains would come and go to the point where I ended up taking time off from work for about 6 weeks; my bathroom habits were so messed up. It was no fun. I attributed it to extra stress and a high fat diet at the time.
I'd definitely talk with your dr. and see what they can do to help manage your symptoms. Good luck and hope you feel better!!
