What are you feeling guilty for?

I feel guilty for lying on the couch most of the afternoon

    Guilt is my middle name; trying to think of 1 thing would make me think too hard too early for a Monday.

    I guess it'd be my eating. Hiding it, making excuses, not changing it. :(

    I forgot to wipe the row machine at the gym tonight and remembered when I was almost home so I drove all the way back to clean it down. Guilt keeps the gym clean
