Hi I'm new to this any suggestions on simple plans as not skilled in kitchen please

    If you don’t cook then pre made salads and low carb/ calorie frozen meals are ok but it’s good to have fresh food if you can. Crock pots are easy. Just throw meat and veggies in with low sodium broth and seasoning and let it cook itself for 8 hours on low. I put chicken and cream of chicken soup in mine.
