Hi Everyone ...
I'm back again hoping to be more successful in my weight loss/ food tracking journey.
I'm currently aiming for 1550-1600.
Max 190 carbs
Max 50 fat
Max 105 protein
Anyone in the same range?
Anyone want to share diaries for meal motivation?
I'm trying to be more plant forward ...

    That seems like what I'm doing. I'm trying 50% carbs, 15% fat, and 35% protein. I eat a lot of beans to hit it but these days I've been using a vegan protein powder. So today I had a protein shake, grits and a local spinach for breakfast; pasta with broccoli in a tomato sauce for lunch, and a protein shake for dinner (I'd usually have a bowl of lentils cooked with spinach or black eyed peas with plantain). There's also food lists for carbs, fats, and proteins for vegans from programs like beachbody that may help and I think you can find those pretty easily online. Good luck on your plant based journey!
