Has mild anemia affected your workouts?

I recently went to give blood, but couldn’t because my hemoglobin was 10.2 (needs to be at least 12.5 for females to donate). I’ve looked this up and it seems to fall in the “mild anemia” range. I’ve been feeling much more fatigued, with constantly tired legs, when I run recently, which is a very new thing for me. My hemoglobin was 13 in late April when I last donated blood, and that was before the fatigue kicked in.
So I was wondering if anyone here has felt symptoms from mild anemia when you’ve tried working out? I would think it would need to be a lower value to feel it, but maybe not. I did make an appt with my GP, but wanted to ask here anyway.
