I did an Interval walk/jog today for the first time in a long time.. 2.5 miles in
45 min... I'm good with that for my old joints and bones...lol.. I REALLY NEED THIS Smoothie πŸ™ŒπŸ“πŸ₯¬πŸŒπŸ₯€

1/3 cup frozen berries
1/2 small frozen banana
1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 Cup chopped Kale
1 Splenda packet
And just enough water to make it blendable

130 calories.. 9g protein.. And 5g fiber πŸ™Œβ€οΈ
