    Chocolate chip cookie dough

    I really have one combination that I would love to find...or make myself ;

    Chocolate chip cookie dough with peanut butter chunks, fudge and toffee chunks , butterscotch chips and topped with buttercream frosting, chocolate sauce and thick homemade whipped cream... oh and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips and halvah 😋

    where you basically start with caramelised almonds or hazelnuts, or even peanuts, make a powder out of the result and add it to custard based ice cream. I could live on this.

    The target brand has a flavor called Mint Cookies n' Creme. I honestly would love to find a full-fat version of it, it's delectable even as a low-calorie ice cream.

    Today is National Ice Cream Day! I love ice cream! Almost any flavor: Some of my favorites are: chocolate, caramel, peppermint, Butter pecan, pumpkin, Bunny tracks and others that include candy pieces.

    This is a vegan granita I make that would go well with crumbled up chocolate halvah. I don't bother with straining the mixture before freezing. I've done it with both almonds and pistachios. I want to try hazelnut too.

    Just simple real vanilla from an artisan ice maker from an area with fantastic dairy. North Wales has some amazing ice cream.
