Nuts, Seeds and Oil Question?

Hello all. So I have been adding a variety of healthy nuts, seeds, and oils to my diet. Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Peanuts, Cashews, Pumkin Seeds, Sunflower seeds, Avacodo oil, olive oil....ECT.. Well my question is, is it normal to wake up or go thru the day with your face pores all greasy? Like I have a shinny face and I can feel the oils on my finger tips if I wipe them across my forehead. Even behind my ears! I want to continue to eat them, but I hate the side effects. Is it normal? What can I do to help other then water as I drink about 100oz a day as it is. Any advice or suggestions? Oh and Avacodos are doing the same thing, but I love them in my smoothies!
I eat about 1 small Avacodo a day, and about 1/4 cup of any give nuts/seeds

Yes, fat-heavy food will often cause greasier skin in my anecdotal experience0

I think it's more likely that something in your skincare should change to help with the oily skin. I have to switch to a summer routine or else my skin gets oily. Skin that is too oily or too dry can sometimes mean you're deficit in the nutrients your skin needs, but usually it means a change in skincare routine. reddit.com/r/skincareaddiction can potentially help.2
