I can't get through my day without snacking. I have no idea what I'm going to do when I need to cut snacking out.

I find it hard not to graze. I'll eat a little here and there and tell myself its fine when grazing is worse than setting aside actual snack times. Its definitely something I'm working on

Why would you need to cut snacking? A healthy snack between meals can help defeat cravings. Protein filled snacks can also make you feel fuller longer. <3
