24 Weeks left in 2020: healthy living focus

Hello all. I am trying to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight by end of year. That's about 2 lbs a week. I am focused on eating my calorie intake based on what my ideal weight is. Some days I will do less but not below 1200. I want to focus on healthy living and not any short term fixed. I am planning to weigh in every Saturday with photos. Join me for all or part of the adventure. Let's share tips, ideas and encouragement.

    I'm doing my weekly weigh in on Sundays. We are in the same boat, except my youngest is 5 lol. I really want to focus on a healthier lifestyle and sustainability. I'm diabetic as well and would like to get off meds. Maybe we can motivate each other :)

    I am really in need of some motivation at the moment. My weight has gone up during lockdown even though I was doing so well from January to March.

    I really like the idea of doing this in a sustainable healthy way over the next 24 weeks :) I am planning on 1000 kcals a day for a loss of 1.3 lbs a week. I am only 5’ 2” with a small frame so my TDEE is pretty low. I am 140lbs today - I look 6 months pregnant and none of my clothes fit :( I am wearing the same couple of outfits on rotation so feel awful. I am aiming for my happiest weight - 112lbs. I would like to join you :)

    Hey ladies! I would really like to join.
    I have been logging for 90days now and I’m almost halfway to my goal although my rate of loss is going to slow down. I figure by the end of the year I should make it to my goal weight. I started on April 21st at 190lbs(5’2.5”).

    SW:190 lbs
    GW: 120 lbs(could adjust lower or higher by five pounds depending once I get closer)
    CW: 156lbs

    I was trying to lose at a 2lb a week loss for the first three months but I’ve changed it to 1.5 lbs but will likely change that to 1 lb a week once I reach 140 lbs. I’m walking(5 times a week), running(2 times a week), riding a bike(1 a week). I really should start doing some strength training but it’s not my favorite so I put that off. Maybe once I’m closer to goal weight and get some fluff off.

    Current Status: still fluffy. I’m mostly apple but also fairly stocky( I have a medium frame).
