Or is there truly something to this? I never know what to believe. I saw her on The Doctors but I'm always a skeptic. And does anyone know what her eating consists of? I know she started with Paleo then became even stricter as her health deteriorated. Thank you for any insight you might have. :)

    IMO any book, is just another book and any dieting fad is just another fad. Sustainable weight loss comes from making sustainable lifestyle changes. For me, that’s a plan where I still eat the foods I enjoy, but tracking calories and portion size and adding in both cardio and weight lifting routines.
