Weight gaining

Hello, I am super new this is my first time ever doing anything like this, or using this app. Unsure if I am even using this right. This is less of a health issue and more of a vein issue. But I have some stretched skin on my stomach from creating my lovely Littles. and I think that if I can gain a little bit of weight, my stomach will stretch a little and make the skin a little less of a strechy pouch😔🙃. I have always struggled with weight gain so doesn't come naturally to me. I do want it to be a healthy gain and not grow a pot belly of sorts, Any simple easy to do advice would be greatly appreciated.

In general though, I think we have to accept the little changes like stretch marks and lose skin that result from having babies. I am not sure gaining weight will actually fix your issue, but I may be wrong.
