What to you do you fat loss?

im a little confused with the internet. Strength training, cardio?

Im doing 21 day fix after doing 30 day shred. 21 day fix seems to be more strength training can i still achieve fat loss?

I am eating a calorie deficit and averaging 1 to 2 pounds of scale weight loss per week. 55 pounds down in 10.5 months and 45 to get to my first goal of 100 pound loss.

Thanks

Congrats on your progress! Your weight loss to date proves that eating at a deficit works. Both strength training and cardio are good choices during weight loss. The strength training will help define muscles, make you stronger, and probably improve how you see yourself. The cardio has a ton of benefits too numerous to list here. I'd say that you should do some of both. Neither will slow your weight loss, so go for it!

In the interest of managing expectations:

    You *SHOULD* do both.

Neither will slow your loss of FAT reserves.

Both can easily mess with your apparent scale weight progress, especially in the short term.
