Hello All~
I was at the DRs. today with my son and I weighed myself. I started this program on Thursday (5 day ago). I weighed 185 pounds, and today the scale said 180...can this be right? I know Friday we walked, Saturday we went roller skating, and Sunday we walk....I also have changed completely what I eat and how much. But I don't believe I lost that much in 5 days. What do you all think?
Hugs and Luck,
Kelly

Congrats Kelly.:flowerforyou:
That can be right.
Sometimes it fall off fast and then it will level out. You could be losing a lot of water.
Keep up the great work.0 -
That sounds possible to me. Congratulations!! :flowerforyou:0

totally possible. Friday I weighed 156, Sunday (two days later) I weighed 151. Weight goes up and down all the time- which is why people say you shouldnt weigh yourself every day.0

you also might want to consider that scales are different, so if you weighed yourself on two different scales, that could be part of it...
but congrats either way... any way the scale moves, i'm all for it. lol.0 -
Make sure you do not get dehydrated, as it will show 2-3lbs weight loss and when you finally get hydrated again, you will think you are gaining weight.0
