Postpartum Help Wanted

Hi there!
Needing some tips on losing weight while breastfeeding. I'm currently 4 months postpartum with my first baby, and it's a LOT harder to get back into the groove of working out and eating healthier than I thought.
Pre-pregnancy I weighed 128 and I'm now 132.
I know that I don't have much to lose as far as being my pre-pregnancy weight again, but I'm wanting to weigh about 119-120 by October/November if I can, before hubby and I start trying for baby number 2.
Any tips? Advice on how to lose 12-13 lbs in a couple months? Any good calculators out there to determine caloric needs? I've been eating intuitively for several years but I used to count calories and I feel like having a goal to lose weight is a good time to count them again just so I know I'm making progress.
Thanks! 🙏

Healthy weight loss would be .5 lbs a week. Use MFP to calculate your calories. Set your activity level before any added exercise. Log your food and any exercise separate, and eat back the exercise calories. If you are breastfeeding careful not to cut your calories to much this might impact your supply.5

MFP set my calories at 1350 😅 which is WAY too little.0

I agree especially for someone who is breastfeeding. I don't believe mfp can account for that, so definitely up your calories. Maybe an extra 500 a day?
Adding I gained close to 20 lbs while breasfeeding, so it was no help in my weight loss.1 -
It's extremely easy to gain weight while breastfeeding... I'm always SOOOO hungry haha.2

Try eating at maintenance - so set MFP to maintain. And allow the calories burned from breast feeding to create your deficit. DO log, eat extra for exercise. Stay hydrated.3
