Help! I'm asymmetrical.

I'm in quite a bit of discomfort and can't get an appointment with my physiotherapist until August. I was nursing my toddler in my sleep the other night and woke up with a stiff neck and stiff left shoulder. I took a hot shower and rolled out the shoulder with a lacrosse ball. It seems that was the last step to finally cure the scapular winging on that shoulder. It naturally rests in a down and back position now. Unfortunately now the entire arm and shoulder feel very weak which is making hard to take care of my kids. In the short term I was wondering if anyone with a similar experience could suggest some exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting my scapula and/or suggest how to brace it until I'm stronger (I noticed even wearing a bra helps). I'll also eventually have to address the scapular winging in the other shoulder so I'm no lopsided anymore!
